For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

yok4d collects Personal Data through several distinct channels. The categories of data collected, and the channel through which each is collected, are set out below.

2.1 Registration Data

When you create a yok4d account, we collect: your full legal name, email address, mobile phone number (Indonesia-registered), date of birth, and a password of your choosing. This data is mandatory — without it, an account cannot be created and Services cannot be accessed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To satisfy our KYC obligations, we collect copies of government-issued identity documents. Accepted documents for Indonesian players include the National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian passport, and Indonesian driving licence (SIM). Where required, we may also request a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and a selfie photograph taken alongside the identity document for liveness verification purposes.

2.3 Financial Data

2.4 Technical & Device Data

When you access the Platform, our servers automatically record certain technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, pages visited within the Platform, session duration, and timestamps of login and logout events. This data is collected passively and is used for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and platform performance optimisation.

2.5 Behavioural & Gaming Data

As part of normal Platform operation, yok4d records your wagering activity — including bets placed, games played, amounts staked and won, bonus credits claimed, and responsible gaming tool settings you have configured. This data is necessary for account management, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of responsible gaming protections.

2.6 Communications Data

yok4d does not use Personal Data for automated profiling that produces legal effects for Players, nor does it use Personal Data to make automated decisions about withdrawals, account closures, or self-exclusion actions without human review by a qualified compliance team member.

yok4d processes Personal Data on the following legal bases, each of which is documented internally against the specific processing activities it supports:

• Contractual Necessity: The majority of Processing activities described in Section 3 are necessary for yok4d to perform its obligations under the Terms & Conditions — including account management, payment processing, and the delivery of gaming services. Without this Processing, yok4d could not fulfil its contractual commitments to you.

5.1 Payment Processors

To process deposits and withdrawals through Indonesian banking channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet platforms (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), yok4d shares the minimum necessary financial and identity data with licensed payment processing partners. These partners are contractually obligated to process this data only for the purposes of completing the requested transaction and to maintain security standards equivalent to those described in this Policy.

5.2 Identity Verification Providers

KYC document verification is performed with the assistance of accredited identity verification technology providers. 5.3 Game Content Providers

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may impair the functionality of the Platform, particularly session management and fraud prevention features.

yok4d retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable regulatory and legal obligations. The following retention schedule applies:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised such that it can no longer be associated with an individual. Where anonymised analytical data is retained beyond these periods, it is aggregated and contains no information capable of identifying a specific Player.

yok4d implements a layered security architecture designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Key technical and organisational measures include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and yok4d's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL). yok4d enforces HTTPS across all pages of the Platform and implements HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to prevent protocol downgrade attacks.

As a Player whose Personal Data is processed by yok4d, you hold the following rights. To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and a description of the right you wish to exercise. yok4d will respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a valid request.

To verify your identity before processing a data rights request, yok4d may ask you to confirm account details or provide a copy of an identity document consistent with our KYC process. This verification step is necessary to prevent unauthorised access to your Personal Data by third parties.

The yok4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and over. yok4d does not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register an account, attempt to access the Platform, or provide any Personal Data to yok4d.

If yok4d discovers or is notified that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to verify the report, permanently close the relevant account, delete all associated Personal Data, and — where applicable — report the incident to the relevant regulatory authority.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use reputable parental-control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gambling content. yok4d reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Processing practices, or the introduction of new Platform features that involve data collection. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time a change is made.

Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect how your Personal Data is used, the categories of data collected, or your rights as a data subject — will be communicated to all registered Players via the email address on file with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice before the amended Policy takes effect.
