yok4d Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the yok4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. yok4d reserves the right to request government-issued photographic identification to confirm your age at any point.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence. Persons under guardianship, or who are otherwise legally incapacitated, are not permitted to register.
3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active yok4d account. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or by sharing a device or IP address with another registered Player — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4. Personal Registration: Accounts must be registered in the Player's own legal name. Registration on behalf of another individual, or use of an account registered in another person's name, is strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether requested by yourself through the yok4d responsible gaming tools or imposed by yok4d as a platform measure.

To access the full suite of yok4d Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By doing so, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and a unique password of your own choosing. You agree to keep this information current and to update your account profile promptly if any details change.

3.2 KYC Verification

yok4d operates a mandatory KYC verification process. To process withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold, and to access certain promotional features, you will be required to submit documentary evidence confirming your identity and age. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM). Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with yok4d's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your yok4d account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances. yok4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the yok4d support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your yok4d account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Credits that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

All financial transactions on the yok4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). yok4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which yok4d accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Supported Payment Channels

yok4d currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to your yok4d wallet within five minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. yok4d reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within five minutes of the request being submitted, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to additional review periods of up to 48 hours. yok4d reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the yok4d account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. yok4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory resolution of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violation.

yok4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable Wagering Requirement will be displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time the offer is active. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate account creation will be treated as a breach of Section 7 (Prohibited Activities).

5.2 Reload & Ongoing Promotions

yok4d periodically offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins packages, and seasonal campaigns — including promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, validity period, minimum deposit requirement, and Wagering Requirement. Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn at yok4d's discretion without prior notice.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from free spins must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion: live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates for each active promotion are detailed in the promotion's specific terms page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Credits carry an expiry date. Bonus Credits that remain in a Player's account beyond their expiry date without the applicable Wagering Requirement having been met will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates within the account's bonus management section.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered through the yok4d platform that rely on random outcomes — including slot titles, virtual sports, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Audit certificates are available upon request from the yok4d support team.

6.2 Live Casino

6.3 Sportsbook

Sports betting markets on yok4d — covering BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, the UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are subject to separate sportsbook rules governing bet settlement, void conditions, and in-play market suspension. In the event of data feed errors, yok4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Settled bets will not be reversed except where an obvious pricing error can be demonstrated.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round or live bet, yok4d's system will record the last confirmed game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last confirmed state where technically possible. yok4d accepts no liability for losses attributable to a Player's internet service provider, device failure, or interruptions to Indonesia's telecommunications infrastructure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yok4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all wallet balances and Bonus Credits, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one yok4d account, whether directly or through nominees.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, submitting forged identity documents, or impersonating another individual during registration or the KYC process.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated live casino play, or pre-arranged sports bet placement.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform functionality in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in ways that fall outside the intended purpose of the promotion, as described in Section 5.4.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to your yok4d account.
• Money Laundering: Using the yok4d Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money. yok4d complies fully with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Vulnerability Exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, software vulnerabilities, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any Player who discovers a vulnerability must report it immediately to [email protected] and must not exploit it further.

All content on the yok4d Platform — including but not limited to the yok4d brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of yok4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform and its content solely for personal recreational use. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content; reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any Platform software; creation of derivative works based on Platform content; or commercial exploitation of any kind.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by yok4d under licence. Players may not reproduce, stream without authorisation, or commercially exploit studio game content in any form.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yok4d's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their yok4d account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yok4d shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failures, telecommunications outages, force majeure events, actions of third-party service providers, or other circumstances beyond yok4d's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the Platform for any particular purpose;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any tax liability incurred by a Player in respect of winnings received through the Platform, which remains the sole responsibility of the Player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude yok4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

yok4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time through the account settings panel or via the 24/7 live support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately; increases to an existing limit require a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous session durations, after which you will be automatically logged out and required to re-authenticate before continuing play.

In summary: yok4d collects personal data that is necessary to provide the Services, process financial transactions, comply with KYC obligations, and deliver customer support. yok4d does not sell personal data to third parties. yok4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially affect Players' rights, obligations, or the financial terms of using the Platform — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, and updates to payment channel lists or game provider lists) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision, whether material or non-material.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure before the amendment's effective date. Any wallet balance will be returned to your nominated payment method in accordance with Section 4.3.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which yok4d holds its international gaming licence. The Platform operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and submits to the jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals specified under that licence framework for the resolution of disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are required to attempt to resolve their dispute informally by contacting the yok4d support team at [email protected] and clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and the factual basis for the claim. yok4d will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the written complaint.

13.2 Formal Proceedings

If informal resolution is not achieved within the fourteen-day period, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by yok4d's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any appeal rights provided under the licensing framework.

13.3 Language

All formal dispute communications, submissions, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Where a Player submits correspondence in Bahasa Indonesia, yok4d will use reasonable efforts to provide a translated response but reserves the right to treat the English version of any document as the authoritative version in formal proceedings.
